We were digging out a whole lot of dirt and rock from the raised planters in our front and side landscaping. We'd lined up someone to take the fill, but they cancelled at the last minute. We only had the digging equipment for a 24-hour rental and had to change plans FAST. I called Total and explained the situation. The woman who answered the phone said they were booked solid, but said she'd talk to the dispatcher and see if they could work something out. Less than an hour later a very nice young man was delivering the dumpster to our driveway. The really saved the day for us!

They were awesome. They were absolutely outstanding, on time, no problems and below the cost of the other providers. Service was exceptional. They are one of the top 3 providers I've used in the US. The price is a little bit above average.
