I had contracted for Bill Clark from Clark Floor Refinishers to refinish my hardwood floors. He never showed up for 2 weeks until I fired him. I then got Rockey's number and called him. He came to my house the very next day, quoted me the job which included a start date AND a finish date. I hired him on the spot. He quoted me on a Saturday and started the job on the following Wednesday. He started on the day he stated, did a wonderful job on the floors, and was finished the day he stated. Extras included a front door wood transition piece and another for a transition between the bathroom tile and the hallway. Very nice work.
