All I can say is thank GOD I bought the company s sewer protection policy by checking off the small $100 yearly fee on my bill. It would have cost me close to $10,000 dollars to have fixed what they did for me, and instead it cost me a one time fee of only fifty dollars. The men that came were very professional and answered all the questions I had. I seriously recommend everyone reading this to get the sewer protection plan from this company because you never know when this type of very bad situation can happen to you.
