 + -1 moreI call and texted him many times. he did not respond over and over. I finally wrote the letter, emailed to him to edit what he did not agree on and sign/send to me .He said he would and never did for 4 months. now I'm in a situation. im a senior cit and he scamed me because he know every detail of why I hired him and did not do any thing i needed but he did here noise and failed to write that down.
Description of Work: nothing but talk. he was to provide with a letter for my attorney re the boiler noise in my apt and check the dates on boiler. he heard noise and never gave me a letter. DO NOT SHOW MY ADDRESS ON WEB SITE OR ANYPLACE. GEORGE PENA HAS MY ADDRESS
