Drivers Education
Actually started out ok. First day: we were asked to give our names and background info to the class. Next, we were explained how the class would be run. Although the material was all relative and certified, two biggest problems I had were these. One, the daily agenda did not fill the 8 hours, so almost 1/2 the time was spent in "filler" talk. Two, the instuctor had no control over one/two trouble students; felt like highschool. One was a repeat student, who had taken one previous CDL test about 4 times and failed. He was the know-it-all class clown, who would mock the truckdrivers in the videos we'd watch. The other was a military vet, who had to be checked by the instructor and, indirectly by the President for the loud outburst at more than one time. The instructor was a vet too, but he should have commanded more control over the class with less small talk and more truck talk.
