I am not happy. I had him before when he finished my wood floors two years ago. The first time he did an okay job. This time the work is totally unacceptable. I even had someone else come in that said I cannot accept this kind of standard. I have started complaining to him and have for the past 5 days. We are going to give him 1 more day to respond and fix the problem.
