THE MAN THAT DID THE WORK WAS A GREAT WORKER. THE SALESMAN THAT CAME AROUND WAS NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL PERSON. THE SALESMAN LIED TO ME ABOUT THE COST OF THE SIDING AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO DO THE WORK.

"WHAT SHE FAILED TO MENTION IS THAT DUE TO HER LACK OF MAINTENANCE SHE WAS CHARGED FOR EXTENSIVE DRY-ROT REPAIR. WHICH WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE.. TIME & MATERIAL AS SHE SIGNED THE CONTRACT FOR! SHE WAS NOT CHARGED MORE THAN THE CONTRACT PRICE OR WHAT SHE UNDERSTOOD!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HEARD ABOUT THIS, FROM THIS CUSTOMER! WE DID EXCELLENT WORK FOR HER AND WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY AND I'M CERTAIN SHE GOT EXTRA WORK AT NO CHARGE! MY MOTTO IS "MORE VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY"...ANY ONE WHO REQUESTS FOR ME TO COME OUT AND LOOK OVER THERE DEAL..OR DO AN ESTIMATE...JUST CALL,(MY CELL PHONE IS OUR BUSINESS PHONE #)I ANSWER MY OWN PHONE, BILL"
