Installation took two days because it is wired. Men did a good job but didn't do a good cleanup. Left wood shavings where drilling occurred. The main concern I have is if you loose electricity, the keypad keeps beeping to let you know of power outage. This is a unnecessary annoyance because there is a battery backup. I don't like to get up in the night to turn it off.

I am not sure what the charge is that they give me on a per month basis, but I do know it is very reasonable. We have never had a failure or problem since having this installed, and the people you deal with there are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their service.

THE ALARMS HAVEN'T MALFUNCTIONED SINCE THEY WERE INSTALLED SO I THINK THEY INSTALLED THEM CORRECTLY. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY NICE WHENEVER WE CALL WITH A QUESTION, TOO. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
