Very satisfied. They did a great job and we have had this set up for 2 summers so far and its so nice to have clean water with super strong pressure.  We can run 2 showers and do stuff in the kitchen and never worry about water pressure.  Yes it was more than we expected but I would do it again in a heartbeat.  You get what you pay for.

I called this provider to ask how much it would be for them to come out and look at our well pump.  They said they couldn’t tell me exactly how much it would be because every job varies, but did say that it shouldn’t be any more than $100. When the workers came out they were on my property for about 5 minutes and told me that would cost $180. All they did, was jump in and out of the hole. Come to find out after this was all done, I spoke with Bruce the owner, and he stated that they do have a standard fee of $150, not including gas. So, I told him that when I originally called to ask about how much they charge to come out they should disclose that information before they come out and provide services to their customers. This provider called and left me a voicemail and stated that he could cut the bill down to $110. I have paid them for their services, but will not use them in the future.

We recently purchased a home and didn't know there was a leak in the well. I started to notice (once the snow melted) that we had standing water around our well access. I called Moss Well and the receptionist transferred me over to the owner, Bruce. Bruce walked me through shutting off well to see if water dissipated and then told me what was likely to be wrong. I called around 4:00 pm on a Monday and they were out by Wednesday by 8:30 am. Bruce took care calling the utility companies so they could mark our lines. Crew came out and were done within 2 hours. Bruce then stopped by the next afternoon (to collect payment-at my request) and took the time to go through everything with me and even told me some things regarding the current system we have. I was very pleased with the work done and the hospitality of both the Crew, receptionist and Bruce Moss.

Their work was good.
They pulled the entire pump and lines to look everything over and showed where the water level was.
The water test results came back in 2 days. I had called around and their test was cheaper than others...but not sure if that is because we had the well checked at the same time.
When scheduling, they won't give you a time of arrival on the day, but will say between what hours. They came within a half hour of when I was hoping they would show up.
Turns out they slightly overcharged us, but we only found out about that because Moss called and told us and they sent out a check for reimbursement with days. (They charge by the time spent on the job.) Honest company!

Bruce came out to advise us on well upgrade due to an addition. He liased with our conractor. Work was done with care and thought. A few months later we lost power and called them. They were quick to advise us to contact our local utility line as it sounded as if the problem was with an incoming leg which it turned out to be. They called later that day to see if the problem was resolved or if they could be of further service. Very impressed with installation and aftercare.

Schuler's Plumbing referred me to Bruce Moss to replace our pressure tank. When I called Bruce's cell phone it directed me to the office number. I talked with "Emily" and after our conversation I needed to get some information and call her back. When I was again on the phone with Emily, Bruce called my cell phone because he noticed I had called. This was within minutes of my initial call. Very responsive! We scheduled a time but that had to be postponed due to another job on which they needed more time. They were quick to call us to let us know and we rescheduled. The service person recommended a new pressure switch since ours was 10 years old. He did not push to sell us one. He did a check in the crawl space as to be sure all connections were good. He was very informative and knowlegable. We were very pleased with this company's performance in all areas of customer service and service.
