WONDERFUL! The doctor actually spent the night at the office with my dog. She called me 3 times giving me updates on her condition - she even called me at 11PM to give me an update. They provided her with a warm, comfortable place to sleep close to the doctor. The ENTIRE staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are compassionate, dedicated individuals who put their love of animals first.

Dr. Sackalash's people scheduled me for an hour before she was even going to be in. When I had to wait that hour and she finally came in I asked her if she was going to to have time to see me real quick because I needed to leave. She yelled at me, told me there was and quot;No Wayand quot; her people scheduled me when I said they did (called me a liar) and told me I could leave. She was horrible and completely unstable. Continued to yell at me and then started in on one of her employees. THE MOST unprofessional experience of my life. I will never bring any of my animals there ever again. I was stopped in the parking lot on the way out by another customer who told me she couldn't believe her behavior either and said she'd never return there. Dr. Sackalash caused this huge scene in front of a waiting room full of people and 2 small children. Extremely unprofessional.
People had told me that she was awful, but I thought I'd give her a chance. Since this happened yesterday, I've spoken to many others about it and 4 other people have also had bad experiences with her.
It's a shame since Dr Nichole Koch that's there as well is so nice, but I will never go there again - as it is Dr Sackalash's business.

As usual, Jill and her team at Vet Services take great pride and care of our pets. What distinguishes Vet Services from some other clinics in the region:
- Prices are very reasonable
- They will not put down unwanted animals
- They treat each pet with great care and love

I was very pleasantly surprised by their willingness to see my cat immediately. They were all very friendly and helpful. I was a totally new customer, yet I felt like I was a regular of theirs.

They kept my cat for the day, observing and giving her test for urinary infection, diabetes, parasites etc. My cat is part of my family and that is the way they treated her. I had signed authorization for a complete blood work up if necessary. They determined that was not necessary. They could have easily charged me for this procedure whether it was needed or not. I was greatly impressed with their total operation. I would recommend Veterinary Services and Dr. Sackash to anyone who needs animal care. I will use their services again when needed.

I feel their fees are very reasonable.

I can not say enough good things about Doctors and staff at this clinic. Our Dog was a rescue, and has multiple health issues. Two surgery's any various other problems. The Vet has spent the night at the clinic with our dog after he had surgery. On another occasion, they even brought him home for us, I had just had a baby and wasn't sure I could get the dog into our house on our own, so the staff offered to bring him home that afternoon so we didn't have to wait to get him till that evening when my husband got home. The Vet noticed that he had some muscle missing, and she asked if she could take him with her overnight to a veterinary school near by to get some of their opinions. All at no cost to us. I really can't say enough about the staff and doctors! We love them!

Great experience, and easy people to work with. Very caring when it comes to special needs, and needing to get in on short notice.

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Jill Sackash for years and I've been recommending her to others since the beginning. She's excellent.
