Everything went very well with them. He came in when he said he would for the estimate. He was great with communicating everything. He showed me samples, and showed me examples of his work. I took other bids, but his was the best and I felt most comfortable with him. I was out of town when they did the work and when I came back, it was all done perfectly. The floor looks beautiful. They came back later to ask if I was happy with the job that they had done and were curious if there was anything more they can do, like move the furniture.
