My AC was low on freon, they had to add three pounds of freon. They
tried to locate a leak in the line, but didn't locate one. However they
are going to come back out later in the year and service the AC/Heat. I
called and within thirty minutes they were there. I had to have a new
AC unit put in about 1 1/2 years ago. I had it put in by Don's Heating
and Cooling. The new unit is loosing freon. I called Don's Heating
and Cooling, they won't return my calls or show up for their
appointments. So I called Torrance and Son's they were there in less
than thirty minutes. Don't ever use Don's Heating and Cooling, Bargersville.

We had noticed that our A/C was having trouble keeping up with the heat, so based on a recommendation, we called Torrance and Sons to come out and take a look. When scheduled time came and went, I called the office, who pulled Clifton away from a business job he was dealing with. He quickly diagnosed and topped off the low refrigerant, took a quick look around, and provided some maintenance tips for our older unit.
We were happy with the amount charged and will consider them again in the future.
