Exceptional service;the service call was made because the dishwasher wasn't getting out dishes dry and the dishes didn't get as clean as they should have; the appt was for 10:30 am; the service tech was prompt and found the problem right away; the heating element was bent, which wouldn't allow the sprayer arm to circulate; also there was exposed wires in the dishwasher due to rusting away that was a fire hazard; had to go to their showroom and purchase a new dishwasher; they installed the new dishwasher by 5:00 pm on the same day.

They have a good selection and very good prices. The item we bought cost less then the same item at a big box store. We shopped on Black Friday, parked right by the front door and had great service from the moment we walked in. Scheduled the installation and were out in just a few minutes.

I called for repair service and they set it up with me to fit my schedule and were very nice and polite.  The repairman came at his appointed time, was neat and clean and professional.  Did a great job, well priced in the market, and was done.  I will certainly call him again the next time I need service!

My interaction with them was very good. We have bought a number of appliances from them over the years, and mostly have had good luck with what we bought from them. They are honest about what they do. They listen to what we need to have done and explain really what is going on and if they can or cannot do the work. It is sometimes hard to get the repair people out really fast because they are so popular. It was under warranty, so there was no cost on that. I would use them again in the future.

The sales person, Dee, at the Smallwood Appliance store took her time with my wife and I. She explained the differences between the features and warranties of the various models in the store. She seemed very knowledgeable about the appliances and did not push any particular brand. She allowed us to make the selection. The model and color we chose was not in stock and needed to be ordered. Dee checked and found that the manufacturer did not have the model in stock in his distribution channel and the refrigerator would be manufactured and delivered in about 60 days. When the refrigerator arrived at the store we were contacted and delivery arranged. The delivery and installation were very professionally done. The person doing the delivery was very careful not to damage the appliance or our house. He took his time and showed us how to operate the features of the refrigerator. We are very happy with our new refrigerator and Smallwood Appliances. Hopefully this continues.
