RICHARDS HEATING & COOLING

Had water leaking from my coils had several large companies come out one charged me 780 for a repair that did nothing. Several companies told me I needed to replace the whole system for 6-9 thousand.. Richard came out said he could do the whole replacement for 3k but said he thinks he can fix it for 140 dollars. He fixed the problem without replacing my unit and didnt try to sell me a new unit. Was very professional. If you need HVAC services I would stop looking now and call Richard.

Greg is fantastic! We needed to replace our 22 year old HVAC system before we put our house on the market later this summer. We had four companies come give us estimates and Greg was the most reasonably priced (for the SAME systems). Not only was his price the best he's a good guy. We weren't able to be home when he replaced our furnace so we let him in through our garage. We had other workers there working on our deck and one of the workers wanted in the house....he called us to confirm they should be in there....which they shouldn't have been. Really awesome for him to look out like that for us. Our dog also gave him grief and he was patient enough to wait while my mom came to put the dog in a crate for him. Put it this way....we were very high maintenance and he took great care of us the entire time. Don't plan on ever not using this company for HVAC needs.

We asked him for a cost estimate and the estimate given was the best received out of 3 that we got for this project.  Other subcontractors suggested this work and also tried to sell us additional work that we felt was not needed.  Richard's did not suggest additional work and agreed with us that the additional work was not needed.

I called Greg when the furnace was not putting out any heat after the gas was turned on. Greg went through 3 control boards and called the furnace technical back-up to finally get the furnace running. He also recommended that I send out an electrician to check the electric based on what he found while fixing the furnace. Greg kept at it until the furnace was fixed and kept me informed while tracking down the solution. I will use him again!
