The ordering and receipt of the supplies went very well, the organization is very professional and has strong follow through and tracking on orders. They also worked with us in two pieces of hardware received which needed to be replaced due to flaws. Both Plumbers Supply and Hansgrohe stood behind their products. Certainly a much better experience than the retail box stores we have all grown accustomed to.

They carry the Sterling brand that I wanted and I would have had to order it anywhere else, instead this place had the items that I needed. The cost was considerably less (30% less than their competitors. I would like to see more suppliers rated so that do it yourselfers can get the help we need.
