They put in a new furnace for me. It was fine. He didn't try to oversell things you don't need.

They're good. They are veteran-owned. It's very reasonable. It's very competitive. I've used him for I don't know how many years, maybe 6 years.

The new furnance was fine and the installation went very well. They cleaned up after and it has been running well ever since.

He was professional and very knowledgeable. He also recommended a duct cleaning company to me, which was also fantastic. He gave advice and explained everything to me that he was going to do. He also gave a few tips on getting better service out of my heating and air conditioning.

When we moved into our home we knew the AC unit was falling apart and decided to limp by until it completly broke. This summer it did and we called Patriot (Rob) to come look at it fully expecting we'd have to replace it. When he arrived he was able to help us "repair" it enough to get us by for the summer. And with the birth of our 3rd child on the way we were very happy to save some money in the process. Rob showed up on time, treated my wife with respect and spoke to her as if she could actually make decisions on her own. He provided us with the best advice and offered solutions for the future too. We've subsequently invited Rob to give us a full estimate of all the repairs/replacements we might need in the future.

We found Rob's company through a mailer we received. We just happened to need an AC tune up, so we called Patriot - we're glad we did. Rob is very knowledgeable and took all the time needed to explain the work being done and answering all our questions. I had concerns regarding our thermostat and the temperature variation between our first and second floors. Rob gave some great suggestions and I've noticed a vast improvement in the heating/cooling of our whole house. I'm not bumping the temp up and down all the time anymore. Rob also inspected a furnace at an investment property for us, and gave more good advice on how to proceed with repairs/replacement. Finally, he installed a humidifier on our furnace. He took extra time to install in a difficult spot just so it would look nicer and be easier to reach for us to make adjustments. We have been very pleased with all our interactions with Rob and will be using him again.
