I am a realtor so I am always looking out for the best interests of my clients. This particular inspection was on a bank owned large home and I wanted a thorough inspection completed for my clients so they did not buy a "money pit". Craig Little literally spent the entire day going over every possible item in the home. Mike had done a few inspections for me in the past and he was always great but this is the first time I had used Craig Little. He went over everything very carefully with my buyers -- his detailed explanations were wonderful and when the inspection was finished after approximately 8 hours we knew exactly what needed to be corrected. The inspection report was equally detailed and in my opinion this is the best Home Inspection Company in the Indianapolis area! A few weeks later Craig inspected a large home for my team in Zionsville with the same great results! I had to call him in the evening for some further information when writing an Inspection Response and he immediately answered my call and went over everything I needed on the phone. Talk about responsive and cooperative. I will now use this company exclusively for any home inspection and have great trust in the competence of both Mike and Craig. I am confident that they have my back and the back of my clients which is so important in the real estate business.

Mike provided a detailed report of the home inspection and radon test. He provided a list of suggested repairs and even returned the same day of the closing (while I was at the closing) to check the repairs that were made. He could not return any sooner because I did not receive a confirmation of the repairs until late the day before closing.
Mike also performed a free radon test on the home I was selling because the buyer's inspector claimed that his radon tester was moved while at my house.

Mike thoroughly inspected repairs that were done on my newly purchased home. During his re inspection, he found something on the furnace that the original inspector missed and needed to be fixed ASAP. He instructed me to repair it and send his company the bill. AMAZING!

Craig spent lots of time inspections the home, explaining the codes and how things should be, giving me ideas how to make things better. Because of his thoroughness I know my new home top to bottom!
