Marshall Mechanical did a fantastic job on a total hvac replacement. Will performed an in depth inspection on the hvac system of a home I was purchasing which subsequently gave me negotiating leverage for money towards a new system. Mark came out and quoted several options and gave honest recommendations of what would best fit our needs. After closing they performed extensive work and replaced the gas furnace, installed a heat pump (dual fuel system), added zoning for different floors, new thermostats, and added 5 new ducts and 1 cold air return. Eric and Patrick spent two full days on the extensive install. The project manager, owner, and a couple other employees also came by at different times to contribute. Every interaction I had with Marshall Mechanical employees was extremely positive. Everyone working on my install was kind and courteous, and I’m incredibly happy with the work performed. A large scale project like this was not cheap, but I think their pricing was fair and well worth it.

Called Marshall's to do a report on the HVAC system of an investment property we are selling. We used the coupon and got a tech to come out and check out function of air conditioning and heat which satisfied the appraiser's request. Also while there, Marshall's leveled the condenser on its block which had become uneven over time. 
Marshall's coordinated with our realtor and did exactly what they were asked to do.

Erik came out to give us a quote, very thorough discussing options with us, and was able to walk us through what would best suit our needs/budget without compromising comfort/efficiency. We choose Marshall's because they seemed very knowledgeable, and were willing to install a brand of system not sold through their office at an affordable price. Chad, our installer, was great! Very professional, and even helped us troubleshoot placement of our new furnace which allowed us much more free closet/storage space than we'd anticipated. We were very happy with our experience with Marshall's and they will be our go-to hvac provider in the future!

Very Courteous and prompt service.  They scheduled us in the day of the call both times.  Repair only took one day from inspection and has been working like a dream since.  Gave us a straight forward quote and options before i paid.  The tech answered all of my questions and concerns truthfully and respectively.  This seems to be a very good and straight forward company that really wants to help you out. 
The prices may have been just a tad higher than others, but the level of respect and quality that was received is worth the extra amount. Should the occasion arise I will no undoubtedly use Marshall again.  Thanks for saving my post-preg wife and new born from the dead heat of summer!

The service went well. I had them work on the furnace. We had no issues and were satisfied with the service. I had no difficulties scheduling the deal.

It went very well.  The workers arrived during the window of time given on the phone and got right to work.  They took away the old furnace and rusty parts and installed the new one mentioned above.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very tidy.  There did not seem to be any hiccups during the installation, and if there was they did not tell me about them.  They tested the furnace, installed 3 new thermostats, and cleaned and checked my A/C unit.  They were here for most of the day, so make sure to block out the day at home.  Overall, I was very pleased with the process and will look for them for further HVAC needs.

Great!  He did a thorough job going over the unit.  Mentioned any potential upcoming problems since our unit is so old.

The service I paid for ($29.00) was NOT deducted from the contract price. I tried to explain that I had paid $29. online. But he didn't see my point of view. I feel that I was cheated out of $29. I should have just called them instead of buying the inspection. Their work is good and they have been out to check my AC already. But the deal with the $29. sets badly with me.

Brian was able to come out for an estimate within a couple of  days of my initial call.  He gave me a number of different options for replacement and I didn't feel like I was getting a "hard sell" from him at all.  I told him that I would  need a few days to think it over (and price compare) and he was totally fine with that.  Once I had made my decision, Brian was able to get the furnace installed the same week...even though it was around Christmas and New Years!  Great company and great customer service.  Excellent

I had doubts about who I had been using. I felt this person was completely knowledgeable with my set up. Answered all my questions well enough that I signed up for a maintenance plan.

Marshall Mechanical have always been good. They have a maintenance plan where you pay for the year and they service your tune up your air conditioner and then tune up your furnace in winter. He came out on a holiday and so they just go above and beyond. They come out when you need them. They are prompt, professional and reasonable.

I drive by Marshall Mechanical, located on US 31, everyday on my way to work and decided to give them a call. From the very beginning, they were very polite and understanding. I was put into contact with Robin Alexander and explained that I was wanting to upgrade my equipment primarily for noise reduction and better efficiency.
Marshall Mechanical came out to the house, took some measurements, looked things over and then offered me their recommendation of equipment. It ended up being what I was wanting and at a reasonable price.
Entire installation and removal of old equipment only took a day and a half. It was done while I at was work, as I had no issues not being at home, since they are a fully insured company.
Workers were punctual. The workmanship was top notch, clean and tidy.

The installers were on time.  They were professional, polite, and respectful.  Kept on job until finished tested equipment and made sure we were comfortable with new system before leaving,

We recently contacted Marshall Mechanical for an estimate to replace the heating/cooling system in our home in Nashville Indiana. The gentleman we first spoke to was Robin Alexander. He came to our home on the agreed upon time. He came into our home and asked if we could sit down and discuss exactly what we wanted to be done. Robin?s first question was how we had heard about Marshall Mechanical. We told Robin that we had gotten their name from Angie?s list and had contacted them because they had such a high rating. He then asked what type of equipment we wanted to install. We told him that we would like to get two quotes, one for a Mitsubishi system and a second for a forced air system. Robin said that would not be a problem and that the forced air system he would quote would be a Carrier heat pump system. He took a look throughout the whole house taking measurements. After he had finished his walk through he asked if he could talk to us about the merits of each type of system. He was very knowledgeable on both types of systems and was willing to spend all the time necessary to answer our questions. When he left he told us he would get the quotes back to us as soon as he could. We had the quotes within 24 hours. Once we had reviewed the quotes we had some more questions about the quotes, one of those being whether the systems would qualify for a rebate from the utility company. Robin not only answered our questions about the quotes but went the extra mile and contacted the utility company to make sure we could qualify for any rebates.
Once we decided which system we wanted installed we contacted Robin for an install date. Robin let us know that he would like to come by the home to make a more detailed drawing. He explained that he needed the drawing so he could discuss the installation with the technicians and calculate the materials needed for the job. Robin again came to our home at the agreed time. He made his drawing and informed us he would get back to us with a date and he gave us the names of the technicians who would be installing the system. Robin contacted us within 24 hours with a date and time for the install. He also informed us that the install would take 2 full days.
On the first day of home installation 2 technicians arrived at our home at the agreed time. They introduced themselves as Chad and Steve. They got to work immediately by first protecting the floor from any damage. They were very pleasant, efficient and willing to answer any questions we had about the installation. They completed the work in the 2 days just as Robin had told us. Robin came by our home on both days of installation to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. Once the installation was done, Robin, Chad and Steve took the time to teach us about the system and the programmable thermostat.
Finally we would like to express our thanks to everyone that we worked with at Marshall Mechanical. Robin, Chad and Steve were all very professional and helpful. From our side of the experience it appeared that they were all willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. It was refreshing to find a company that took pride in their work and put the customer first.

Great. They are very prompt and professional. We received several quotes for the project and they went above and beyond in supplying us with additional information and comparisons to make our final decision. 
We are currently renovating the entire home and they have been very good about working with us on timing and being flexible.  They are a great company to work with. They have excellent customer service and a great staff. They truly care about each customer. I will use them for all of our service needs. We are really looking forward to using the new geothermal system and the savings in years to come.
