+ -1 moreWe had a small mudroom added to our house when it was built but the room wasn't finished. I had Mike come out and build custom cubbies and seat for the kids to hang their backpacks and put on shoes before school. We have high ceilings and ordered a custom cabinet for the space and Mike designed the unit with the cabinets and put it all together. Mike was prompt, very fair in price and the quality of his work was excellence. The entire job took about two days factoring in paint and sanding.
Description of Work: Built a custom mud room cubby unit.

+ 1 moreAll of the remodeling work was laid out so it could be done three days a week. Between our calendar and M. Denney Construction, the work schedule went smoothly and was completed as planned.
Description of Work: We purchased a condo that required some remodeling. We called M. Denney Construction Company to come see the list we had and prioritize the work which included moving electric light fixtures, installing electric new light fixtures, installing electric outlets, installing and venting ceiling bathroom fans, insulating a sun room ceiling and adding wood boxcar siding, installing a wall heater, installing a door, installing 1/4" round in all of the rooms, rehanging two doors, and more. We are pleased with the work that was done. With Mike's building background, he explained in detail how each of the jobs would be done. We, with all confidence, would recommend M. Denney Construction.
