The wall turned out to be very crooked and I said I didn't think that I should pay for it and they did agree. I paid for the material. I didn't pay for the labor. I had to do it over myself. It was just an unfortunate experience. They did do some work on the exterior of my house and they did do a good job of that. That was when the father of the company was in charge, and he was on top of things. The problems arose when the son took over the company.

My house was damaged by a neighbors fire. As the siding was 10 years old, it was not matchable. The insurance company adjuster kept trying to say he had found an acceptable match, however, the materials he proposed clearly did not match. I had been dealing with the insurance company for 15 months, desperately trying to get my home fixed. I was on the verge of giving up and paying for the repair myself, when I contacted M C Baird. Mr. Baird could see the materials were not a match, but were also a lesser quality than the materials used to build my house. He took this information to the insurance company regional manager and the insurance company finally agreed to fix my home appropriately. In the course of the work, I also had him replace the substrate under the siding on the garage side for an additional $370. Also Mr. Baird's team noticed damage to the roof from the aforementioned fire and hail damage (note that I had the insurance company inspect my roof after the last hail storm and was told by the adjuster that there was no damage-Ha!). Mr. Baird took pictures of the damage for me to submit to the insurance company.

It took a little longer than I thought, but I have a big house. They did do a good job.

Mike and his crew were always very professional and nice to work with. They had great communication and I would use them again in the future.

We started w/ MC on the roof when we needed the chimneys taken down (not salvageable), and then had them rebuild our basement stairwell. We were so pleased w/ their responsiveness and professionalism that we asked them to bid our attic project. The installed installation, built a stairwell to the attic, installed flooring, electrical, walls and ceiling decking. Just a superb job all around, and they are extremely easy to work with!! We definitely plan on using them when we re-roof and re-side the house as well.

They did my siding and windows. They also patched my roof. Did drywall and painting. I was pleased with the siding, Windows and painting. My drywall and roof was not good, and I have to pay someone to fix these problems. The way the roof was repaired was a temp fix. They did help me with the windows, and I was pleased. I would recommend them for siding and windows. My rating for quality is for siding and windows, quality rating for drywall would be a D.

Mike was a pleasure to do business with. He was honest from the beginning. The work was performed as described or better. He kept me informed. His crew was professional, and they were done ahead of scheduled. I will use them again.

VERY RESPONSIVE, DID A NICE JOB.

HE FOUND SOME THINGS THAT WERE WRONG WITH THE HOUSE THAT HE FIXED-HE EVEN REPLACED A COUPLE OF SHINGLES ON THE ROOF A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER AND DIDNT CHARGE THE MEMBER!
