It went real well. We went on a Sunday. We went to the 82th street location. The salesman was very nice and even gave us a discount. They came out when they said they were going to. They took our old waterbed apart and removed it and brought in the new bed.

We got exactly what we wanted, and it was American made. They are great people; in fact, I need a little stuffing in the couch and we have been trying to work it out between my going out to the hospital to see my parents and getting back here. Right now it has just been really hectic; so they told me when I get things settled down and I have got time to have them come out, I can give them a call and they would be out right away. It was delivered on the 18th of March and it is in good shape. It is very comfortable to sit on. It has firmness yet it has a soft cushion on top; so it is not like sitting on a rock. We really love it. They had a lot of fabrics we could choose from. They have a very good variety on furniture including couches, chairs and beds. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
