 + -1 moreIt went real well. We went on a Sunday. We went to the 82th street location. The salesman was very nice and even gave us a discount. They came out when they said they were going to. They took our old waterbed apart and removed it and brought in the new bed.
Description of Work: We bought a mattress, box spring, and bed from them.

Description of Work: We had bought a mattress and after 3 years they honored the warranty and completely rebuilt the mattress, great to work with, they picked it up and delivered the rebuilt one all at no cost to us. The rebuilt one seemed like it was brand new. We also bought living room furniture for Christmas this year and again everything was good and we are very happy without new furniture, there delivery people were great, they even took there shoes off and were very helpful with moving our old furniture out of the way.

Description of Work: After first looking for a new mattress set at Long's Mattress (and finding it), but not having a big selection of frames, we took the drive down the road Long's Furniture (same company), we saw a bedroom set we liked, which they were able to bundle as a deal for us. | |They just let us look around, not pushy, answered any of our questions. | |As we started at one of their other stores, we asked how the commission would work, and much to our surprise, they set things up so the initial guy got the whole commission.

 + -1 moreWe got exactly what we wanted, and it was American made. They are great people; in fact, I need a little stuffing in the couch and we have been trying to work it out between my going out to the hospital to see my parents and getting back here. Right now it has just been really hectic; so they told me when I get things settled down and I have got time to have them come out, I can give them a call and they would be out right away. It was delivered on the 18th of March and it is in good shape. It is very comfortable to sit on. It has firmness yet it has a soft cushion on top; so it is not like sitting on a rock. We really love it. They had a lot of fabrics we could choose from. They have a very good variety on furniture including couches, chairs and beds. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: several phone calls to them to place order, they do not want to call people back. The lady at the counter is rude. I had to send back some do to breakdown after only a few months - they returned the item to me one week later and it wanst right made them take it back to fix and requested the owner to call me and that was over 3 weeks ago, they still have my furniture.
