He was very nice. Thoroughness compliments anyone's service, and he was very thorough and punctual. He arrived when he said he would and wasn't pushy about his services. He's done other work for us in the past and we were very satisfied.

2 weeks before Christmas our living room carpet was getting soaked with water and was coming closer and closer to our Christmas tree and gifts.  Realizing we had some sort of water leak in our slab, we contacted several plumbers.  Joe and his co-worker came out immediately to assess our problem.  We had a pipe break in our slab, which they fixed promptly and with great quality/workmanship.  They had quoted us a price and how long the work would take and both were spot-on!  I would recommend Joe, as he was prompt, courteous, professional, and kept to quote.

He actually came by on his day off to check it & to get the leak under control. He came back at a later date to actually fix the problem. He saw the problem & fixed it!

Utility bills did not reflect repair.  Water seeping up from ground next to water meter again.

I haven't encountered any issues. It turned out okay. They were prompt. They came out and did what I wanted.

The conversation I had with them went well but we were not able to agree on the price.

Pros: Quick response to service call.  Was prompt and professional. Overall work was good.
Cons:  Super Expensive!  Will not call again nor recommend.

Excellent repair work.  Showed up within a couple of hours of contacting them to fix busted pipe. Was finished within 45 min even gave suggestions for preventing future problems.  Will definitely call again

He is professional in what he's doing but he's a little pricey.

The plumber arrived four hours later than originally scheduled.  He seemed to be angry that he was here.  The faucet started leaking within two weeks of installation and we had to call someone in to repair his work, because we didn't appreciate his original attitude.
We did not want him back in our home.

Tenant called to say disposal / drain was clogged. He had poured draino in it and then left. The disposal was damaged beyond repair. We called Joe and he came that day to replace it.

Excellent. Did have to wait almost 2 weeks for parts to become available but otherwise excellent service.

I find him very responsive sometimes a little pricey. But he always gets the job done right.

I called Mr. Gill based on a recommendation of a friend. He came over the same day, swapped out the pressure switch(it had been over-pressurizing)and adjusted the water pressure service to the house. The service was prompt and exactly on estimate. He did not overcharge on parts.

He was there when he said he was going to be there to do the work. He had done the work for me within one day so he didn't have to come back to finish the work.

I CONTACTED THE NUMBER FOR JOE GILL PLUMBING ON SUNDAY EVENING. MR. GILL ANSWERED THE PHONE AND ASSURED ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. HE SCHEDULED HIS SERVICE CALL AT 8:00 A.M. THE NEXT MORNING. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND I FELT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A PLUMBER.

JOE HELPED ME OUT WITH MY BURNT UP SUMP PUMP. HE CAME OVER IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS AND REPLACED MY EXISTING PUMP. HE EXPLAINED HOW THE SUMP WORKED AND EVEN FIXED MY TOILET THAT WOULDN'T STOP RUNNING WHILE HE WAS HERE. HIS RATE WAS NOT EXCESSIVE, BUT I ALSO WASN'T EXPECTING IT TO BE QUITE AS HIGH AS IT WAS. I STILL WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN TO DO MY PLUMBING WORK IN MY HOUSE. HE DID A NICE JOB.

JOE WORKED 12 HOURS OVER 2 DAYS, IN BETWEEN DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS, TO REPAIR AND REPLACE ALL BROKEN PARTS AND TEST ALL PIPES AND CONNECTIONS FOR LEAKS. HE DID A GREAT JOB, AND EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME GET MY CAR OUT OF A SNOW BANK WHEN IT GOT STUCK.
