I've used them often before.

They are excellent. I have been using them for about 30 years. There are several vets there and it is a large clinic. All of them have been good to work with me and the dogs.

I highly recommend them. They are good. They are thorough and friendly. They are easy to get in too. They really keep an eye on the cost. I have foster dogs. I've picked a lot of dogs over there. I always look in for good price and stuff. It could be expensive. The treatments are effective. With her back the spine is compressing so she was having trouble controlling her bladder because it was putting pressure on the nerves. They are giving her anti inflammatory and now is walking much better and doing much better. I would continue to use them again in the future.

We brought our two pugs in for a wellness screening as well as annual vaccinations. I was referred to this vet by several people and even though there is a vet that's literally down the street, I went with the recommendations and drove almost 20 miles [one way] for the services. To me, I would rather give my animals the best care regardless of cost and/or distance. The facilities themselves are very clean and appear to be relatively new. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and found that the waiting room was large, comfortable and clean. We had to wait about 10 minutes before we got in to see Dr. Yates. Dustin came in and got some general information from us as to the nature of our visit and filled out the preliminary paperwork. Dustin was very friendly and seemed interested in learning more about our pets. Dr. Yates came in about 10 minutes later and gave our pets what I thought was a thorough exam. She explained what she was doing and made comments as to her findings. Our dogs both received shots and were not distressed. After Dr. Yates was finished, Dustin came back in, brought us our meds and we settled our bill right in the room. This was a nice feature in that we could leave immediately. He also set up follow-up appointments right in the room. Loved that convenience! I also like their website - you can set up a pet portal where you can set up appointments, view appointments and refill prescriptions.

I am so relieved to have found such a great Vet. Their amenities are top of the line and their staff is outstanding. From the ladies at the front desk, the vet techs, to the doctors themselves, Franklin Animal Clinic is the most caring, organized and clean vet I have ever been to.

I've taken my cats and dogs to these vets for over 20 years. They've always been great and compassionate.

I have been looking for a vet that didn't charge for services not performed or needed and whose prices were reasonable. I also wanted the people there to be somewhat friendly. So, after searching since I moved to the area four years ago, I think I have finally found the right place.

I have two pug puppies, and as soon he saw them, Dr. Mills could tell that the nostrils on one of them was pinched and was not getting enough air-flow. He recommended surgery to open up the nostrils, and said that he would look at the palette while he was doing the surgery, since pugs have smashed-in faces and are vulnerable to these problems. He did the laser surgery on the nose to open it up, did the neutering, and then called me to tell me that the puppy did have 1-1.5" more flesh than he should have had near the palette, so he trimmed that. Now my pug is beautiful and breathes like a champ. Dr. Mills is really wonderful for explaining things, and is very friendly and warm. He just loves animals. It is really easy to get an appointment.

The receptionist asked me several questions about the problem, put me on hold for a very short time to talk to the vets. She told me the vets believed it needed to be seen immediately. I was given an appointment (on a Saturday) within a couple hours. I saw a vet I had not seen before but I was very pleased with her.

Everyone that I have seen there is great. The office staff is polite helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable. It is very easy to make appointments. I would recommend them and continue to use them.

They were friendly and the cost was in line with what they said. It was just what I expected and they had a nice facility.

I and my son rescued a couple of dogs when they were about 11 weeks old and the one I adopted needed surgery and now that he is 10 years old you would never know he even had it done unless the weather gets really bad.

Dr. Oliver and the staff at Franklin Animal Clinic are great. Their new facility has top of the line technology and a very warm atmosphere. His overall check up went well and Dr. Oliver said we have a healthy boy. We had an x-ray and ultrasound done on his heart since we were worried it might be enlarged due to his first puppy check up almost a year ago. Dr Oliver ran these tests and even let us come in the back to see his heart on the monitor. I was very comfortable and appreciative that he let us do that. We buy our flea/tick medicine and ear cleanser at this office and all their prices are very fair. We love and trust the people at Franklin Animal Clinic!

The doctor I am using for my dog's veterinary care is Dr. Oliver. When I called for the appointment they were able to get me in within the week. When I arrived that day I was greeted, the dog was weighed and the doctor was in all within ten minutes. Dr. Oliver was great! He has lots of pets and has obviously been doing this for a long time. He spent lots of time with our puppy and made lots of suggestions for the dogs care, not only while he is young but for when he is old. He made us feel very welcome and he is very knowledgeable about all animals! I would highly recommend this vet to any pet owner! They also have emergency service available.

They performed surgery on my sons pet rat twice. Unfortunately the second time she was not savable. They were very kind and caring even over a pet many find to be frightening. We have had two cats spayed and their claws removed. They did a great job caring for our pets and were very caring when we lost one of our cats.

They are friendly and great with the animals. They are very knowledgeable. They are also involved with the Johnson County animal shelter.

We had a 14 yr old shar-pei that needed to be put down. Dr. Andrew Mills offered to come to my home, if that would be easier on me or I could bring him in. I did go in and he cleared the rest of the day to be with me. He even sat down in the floor with me and cried. I love this vet. He is so caring and always takes the time to explain everything to you about what treatment is needed. He always hand writes a note when you lose a pet. No one else does that anymore. He has good bed side manner and treats you like one of his family. He understands that treatments are expensive, and allows you to make payments if necessary. When you go in he not only takes the time to care for your pets, but takes the time to ask you about your family as well. His prices always seem to be cheaper than anyone else.
