Fiberglass Specialist

Description of Work: John Park owner / operator of Fiberglass Specialist is a fly-by- night company. Mr.Park scammed my parents for over $12000.00 for pool repairs that he could not finish not had any knowledge of. My parents fiberglass inground pool popped out of the ground approx 18 inch. Mr Park was contracted to repair the pool. In his first attempt - he tried to raise the pool with a skidloader and undermine the pool to allow it to settle back in place. He has no knowledge or equipment to perform such a task. It was quite obvious he bit off more than he chew. His plan "B" was to build a wooden deck around the pool and to level it out. The deck was poorly constructed and was not anchored to the cement. Mr. Park start the job in Oct 2009 and stopped later that fall ... never to return. The pool has now floated up an addition 5ft and is destroyed. One key note to add . Mr Park has been contacted multiple times .... and will not return messages. He has also scam others with his practices. He works out of his home and uses a cell phone that is based out of Lake Charles ,La. Do not used this company
