I found out about Joel & His two companies from a co-worker, I was ecstatic when Joel Bought my 4 year old Broken Dell laptop, Wasn't worth anything! Pawnshop wouldn't give me but $10 for it, a guy on craigslist offered $40 for it, Joel paid $100 cash for it, and believe me it was absolute junk! Screen was broken, Keyboard was dirty and missing keys, the Laptop would not even come on anymore! I could not believe it when he offered $100 cash! Well while i was there (He has a NICE fully stocked repair shop about 10 min south of indy) I went ahead and let him install a new keyboard on my new laptop and he cleaned all the viruses off my system! It didn't run this good even when it was new, he even went the extra mile and cleaned it up for me before i picked it back up, the whole process took around 48 hours and he only charged me $65 for everything including the NEW keyboard! I looked around and got estimates from local repair shops and they were asking i pay around 80$ for virus removal, $100 for new keyboard and install, and Joel said $65! So i know i got a crazy good deal! He is VERY nice and considerate and kept me in the loop , He explained everything he did in full detail, Just a great experience overall, and I was wanting to let everyone know, because i know how hard and how expenisive it is to Get laptops or desktop computers fixed by Repair shops all over town!
