I received these flowers for my Birthday from my daughter. I took a picture along with a text to let her know that I got them. She was upset because they did not look like the bouquet online. She called the business and told them she was upset. The person she talked to was unprofessional and rude.
She did receive a refund without an apology about her not being happy with the purchase.
