Really great guy. He really seems like a straightforward guy. He provided me a detailed quote, told me exactly what I’d be getting, walked through the house with me and explained why he was choosing the equipment he was choosing. It was a very thorough quote and I understood why he was making the decisions he was making. He really tried to help me understand why he was making the recommendations he was making. Most of the time you get a quote they say here's what you need, here's what it's going to cost, here's when I can do it. Bill probably spent a good 45 minutes with me walking around the house showing me things in the furnace system, in the heating and cooling system that affected the choices he was making on like what size handler he was planning to order and talked to me about what features of my house lead him to make certain recommendations as opposed to others.

I was not surprised at the inadequacy of the prior company's work (which came with my newly purchased home). He pointed out the obvious issues with the aged a.c. system. His replacement estimate was very fair, and it included replacing a furnace installed in March, which was inadequate for my home (off-brand, 80% efficiency). He scheduled me within a few days, showed up on time, and efficiently completed the work to replace a.c. and furnace. He installed a 2 1/2 ton a.c. unit and 95% efficiency furnace. I have complete confidence in his work and products and highly recommend him. I know I can count on him if problems arise down the road. In addition, he is a very nice person to deal with, making the experience more satisfying.

Mr. Miller arrived promptly, serviced our furnace, and made sure it was running and safe. We had just purchased a home, and it was quite chilly. Getting the old unit ready and working was critical due to the overnight temps. He was great and even helped us out a couple of hours later when we need some assistance with other services in the area, since we are new here. I should also add that we will be contacting Mr Miller in the future to install the new system, based on our genuine like and appreciation of his work.

The system was not charged and was low on freon. He charged the AC and it is now working as expected. He tightened a couple of loose valves that may have been the cause of the leak. He offered to come back in the spring to test it for free to determine whether there was still a leak or not.
He was here when he said he would be and very polite, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend Bill Miller Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Christmas day the blower motor went out on furnace installed the previous April.
Bill Miller called back on Christmas Day within 10 minutes of me leaving a voice mail.
I told Bill the problem and told him he could wait until the next day as I knew he probably couldn't get parts.
He was at the house within 1 hour and got the manufacturer's rep to open their warehouse in Indianapolis on Christmas Day. Bill drove to Indy, picked the motor up, and returned and installed it within 5 hours of my initial call.
Definitely, Bill gets all As. Only because there are no A pluses.
