Found them on Angies List and sending my car in for an estimate.

It went very well. I didn't have an appt. that day and they got me in. Once the called me to tell me that it wasn't an electrical problem i was thrilled. Just wasn't thrilled that the multiple times in the past when we changed spark plugs ourselves we never changed the wires. I will take my wife's car back to them anytime.

Overall they were very nice. Drove me home, picked me up no question. Always making sure I had a ride home.

The problem in this particular case was something faulty in the fuel system. Candidly, I don't remember what it was but they fixed it first time and I've had no problems since.I will definitely take the car back again. And again. ....

They did a great job. This is not the first time I've worked with them. In the past they have not charged me for other small repairs that they caught while working on another problem. Definitely recommend them!

They are very honest and do good work. I have a few cars that I take to them. They really explain things well and give me options.

This was my first time going to Beck. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I know they've been in business for a long time, so they couldn't be too bad. The place looks a little worn down, but that doesn't generally concern me. I dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning for a transmission flush, coolant flush and oil change. No big deal, they told me it'd be done in a couple hours. Got a call later to say my water pump was leaking. I wasn't aware of this, but I wasn't suprised due to the age of the vehicle. Gave them the green light to replace it. I assumed it would be done soon, but it ended up taking all day. Not sure why it took so long, but I wasn't in much of a hurry anyway. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant. My vehicle is running well, and the transmission - which had been slipping a lot - is now only slipping a little. So that's good. But I'd say the price was a little high. (And, they charged $20 for a tire rotation. My usual mechanic doesn't charge for this, so this was disappointing.) One warning: they supposedly have a $20 discount for Angie's List members. When I tried to have it applied, the manager wouldn't initially honor it, saying he had no idea what I was talking about. I actually had to log into my AL account on his computer and show it to him, and even then he wasn't sure how it got there. Anyway, he did eventually honor it. Bottom line: the service was good, the price/speed was so-so. I'll probably go back to using my usual mechanic in the future, but I would consider using Beck as a back-up.

They said they could fix the problem with a simple weld and they didn't charge me. They are good.

Charged a lot for the AC, never fixed the non-starting problem. Had to wait 9 minutes while two employees talked with eachother before even acknowledging me when I picked up the car. Took it to Newkirk's in Franklin - they found the problem and fixed it at a good price.

It went really well. I was late getting down there but they still got me in and out in a jiffy. I was surprised that I was able to give them all the information via email by answering simple questions. This saved me a trip down there to have it looked at! The rim was ordered and arrived the very next day! While there, I spoke to them about future work that I need to get done as my catalytic converter is going out. They recommend a process to clean it first and stated that is often fixes the problem for a fraction of the cost. I never knew! I will definitely use Beck's in the future! They know foreign cars and give you a fair price. That's rare!

The headlights wouldn't switch to dim and the vent blower motor would either be off or full on. Tom Riedel's crew found a headlight wire which had rubbed through the insulation and was intermittently shorting out. That fixed the headlights. He also found the problem with the blower switch and replaced it.

They always do a good job. They are always good about telling you what to expect. I trust them to always do the work that is needed and for it to be done right.

It was a very good experience, one of the best. We have been going to them for twenty years. They are very honest and reliable. If they tell you something is wrong then you know it is. Their price is reasonable.

BECK MUFFLER WAS REFERRED TO ME THROUGH A CLOSE FRIEND THAT HAS BEEN IN THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS FOR OVER 50 YEARS. I NEEDED SOMEONE TO WORK ON MY DAUGHTERS 95' CAMRY, AND DIDN'T KNOW A TOYOTA MECHANIC. THE CAR WAS SPORTING 139,000 MILES, AND IT DIDN'T MAKE SENSE TO PAY DEALERSHIP PRICES. I TALKED TO TOM RIEDEL, AND HE ASKED ME TO BRING THE CAR BY FOR AN EVALUATION. I DROPPED THE CAR OFF LATE THAT AFTERNOON AND WAS CALLED BACK BY 9:00 THE NEXT MORNING. TOM WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND APPEARED QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN TOLD OF THE CAR'S SYMPTOMS. HE RECOMMENDED INSTALLING A NEW TIMING BELT WHILE CHANGING THE SEALS SINCE THEY WERE ALREADY GOING TO HAVE ACCESS TO IT. HAVING PAID ANYWHERE FROM 750.00 TO 1500.00 AT VARIOUS DEALERSHIPS IN THE PAST FOR JOBS THAT DIDN'T SEEM HALF AS COMPLICATED, I FELT I GOT A GREAT JOB DONE AT A GREAT PRICE. THANKS AGAIN!

TERRIFIC TO WORK WITH. MY VAN BRAKES ARE WORKING LIKE NEVER BEFORE. FAMILY RUN BUSINESS THAT PRIDES ITSELF ON DOING A GOOD JOB FOR A FAIR PRICE. THEY REALLY WERE TERRIFIC. THEY HAVE A DROP OFF BOX FOR KEYS IF YOU CAN'T WAIT. NO APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY.

THEY WERE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. MY FRIEND TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE HONEST ABOUT WHAT MY CAR NEEDED AND THEY WERE. THEY WERE GOOD TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE BUSY. I FELT THEIR PRICE WAS AVERAGE. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND THERE WAS A NICE PLACE TO SIT.
