Beck's is the best. They got me a good deal on 4 tires and recommended the road hazard insurance. I purchased it and was plesently surprised that they did in fact replace 5 tires at different times under the insurance with no cost to me!

I had a horrible experience with work done on my car at the dealership. I had been taking my car there for years and since I couldn't trust them anymore, I needed to find an automotive service, and was overdue in having regular maintenance done. When I saw the deal on Angie's List for Beck Automotive, I decided to take a chance on them, and I'm very glad I did! They were able to fit me in their schedule on short notice, and I left there feeling they'd done a very thorough work-up on my car. I now feel safe driving my car, and will be taking it back to Beck for any future work. My husband also plans on taking his car there as well. Beck Automotive has given me peace of mind regarding my car, and I hadn't realized how important that was to me until I'd lost trust in our dealership.

vendor corrected this issue in less than a day after having the truck towed to their shop. I am very pleased with the service.

I purchased this deal on October 4 and per instructions, I chose 3 dates/times I would be available to get the service done and was promised that I would be contacted no later than October 8th. Nothing. So, I emailed them two more times and still have not heard one word. At this point, I am tired of waiting. If you plan on doing business with people, make sure you follow through. It is unprofessional to not respond to your emails as well. This is my first experience making a purchase on Angie's List for a "deal" from a recommended provider, supposedly rated "A". If this is par for the course for Beck Automotive, then I have no idea how they have attained an "A" rating. At this point, I no longer wish to take advantage of this "deal" and requested a refund. This is a very disappointing end to my first attempt at a purchase through Angie's List.

Took my Honda in to have them figure out what was wrong with it. I had a bad battery, the car wouldn't start for them and I had to jump it to get it there. I told them that I would rather not pay $170 for them to replace my battery and I would do it myself for around $100. He told me when he called me about the battery that they couldn't even look at it until they could get it to start. Which means they did absolutely nothing except touch the battery with a voltage meter, didn't even take the car into the garage. When I replaced the battery, the check engine light turned off, so there was nothing they could look at anymore. He said I owed him $85 for looking at it after he told me they didn't look at it. I told him that I just had a baby and my husband is away in the military and I need to save money wherever I could. Didn't care. It wasn't until I mentioned Angie's List that he said I didn't owe anything. He was taking advantage of me because I'm a woman. No other explanation.

Did a great job. Very professional and a lot better than the chain I took my car to last time.

I had an appointment and everything went smoothly. Thy did fine and no prblems at all. Will recommend them to others.

They fixed us up and the price was right. I would highly recommend them. They are an honest bunch of guys.

We have used Beck to purchase new tires on our daughter's car and to fix tire flats. We recently used them to do a coolant flush. We needed to get it done ASAP because we are Air Force and my husband had to drive to another base the following day. They were able to squeeze us in and offer my husband a ride since I was working. My daughter had a flat and they were able to squeeze her in and get it fixed ASAP as well. It happened during her college finals week, so we were grateful. They have never tried to overcharge or take advantage of us. We do our research.

As usual Beck did a great job. I have been taking my vehicles there since 2007. I have found them to be very honest and competent.

They pay attention to detail. Their pricing is fair. They are honest.

Beck has always done a good job for me. They did a routine oil change and tire rotation. This isn't a quick lube place, so it took over a half hour, instead of the 15 minutes of a quick lube. But they do just about any kind of auto repair. I might drop the car off next time instead of waiting for it.

Made appointment by phone with Mark and was able to get in the next day. Arrived the next day and advisor was prompt; service was performed in a reasonable time; and everyone was polite and courteous. It was just what you'd expect from an Angie's List organization. They mentioned a couple of items that might need attention in the future, but there was no pressure to get them done now with them. .

We have used this auto repair location several times and were satisfied with everything they completed for us. The service is professional, the explanations and options were very valuable. Our repairs were done within the time frame given and any and all concerns addressed promptly. We were pleased with their patience in our delay of making a final decesion on the options they offered and even more impressed when they were able to save us some additional money with a suggested discount. The repairs would have cost us at least $300- $400 elsewhere. The manager even investigated a possible manufacturers recall due to the issue they had with our brake switch - discovering it was a recurrent issue with our make & model but not on a recall list.

Ben and his staff have performed a number of repair jobs on all of our vehicles...including our classic 1966 Ford Mustang. We have had transmissions re-built to oil changes. The work is always reasonable and performed in a timely manner. Beck's keeps our four family cars running. Additionally, they have customer pick-up, which is a wonderful service for busy people. We have referred family and friends to them as well, and all have reported satisfaction. We will definitely return to their business.

Took a little longer than I thought it would. Lost a hubcap while driving later in the day. Seems that it wasn't put back on well. Beck's did offer for me to bring it back in so they could take a look, but I saw that as a way for them to sell me new hubcaps at markup. They have a nice waiting room with coffee and reading material. They are polite, but not conversational.

Beck Automotive are professional, give accurate estimates, they are courteous and responsive and they do not talk down to women.

It was a good overall experience and would recommend them.

We keep going back to them because of their honesty, good service, reliability, and they back their work. They can work by appointment or not by appointment; they take walk-in so that is just great for us. They also provide transportation to take me home and can come back to pick me up if need be.

It went well. We had some problems with billing and to make things right, they gave me a gift card and I appreciated them making up for the confusion.

Got estimates on water pump and sway bar bushing replacements and good advice on not doing those immediately. The advice was at my request and seemed technically accurate and not attempting to get me to have work done that was not needed.

Really Good Folks here, Folks! I'm always tinkering with my cars. Decided completely replace the exhaust system on my VW Passat. Purchased my products from Summit racing and brought them to Beck. They installed a Cross Over, two mid mufflers and two rear mufflers and hung the entire system with custom hangers and custom formed pipes. Job well done. Even tipped the mech ! I also take my 2005 Ford here for repairs etc. Haven't been disappointed yet!
