At this point, I am tired of waiting. If you plan on doing business with people, make sure you follow through. It is unprofessional to not respond to your emails as well.
This is my first experience making a purchase on Angie's List for a "deal" from a recommended provider, supposedly rated "A". If this is par for the course for Beck Automotive, then I have no idea how they have attained an "A" rating. At this point, I no longer wish to take advantage of this "deal" and requested a refund. This is a very disappointing end to my first attempt at a purchase through Angie's List.
