 + 2 moreThe overall job went very well because he was always willing to perform new task at a reasonable price and was very detailed about the job. The house went from looking like an abandoned property to almost a new home.
Description of Work: I rented out my house and came to meet a completely destroyed property. There were holes in the wall, dry wall issues, mal functioning garage, gabage left outside the house, broken switch outlets, and so on. After speaking with and showing Dave the property, he went back and gave me a reasonable quote relative to other quotes. After further discussion, he was willing to negotiate the price. The jobs performed include: painting walls, fixing outlets, drywall fixing and painting, small carpentry job, clearing stuff.
