While this is a very hard situation, they were very sensitive and caring.  I have not gotten the bill yet so I can't comment on the cost.
They handled a very emotional event very well and I would recommend them.  The facility seemed very clean and modern.

I like what you get for your money. She works with rescues and I like the fact that she does the holistic approach to animal wellness.

She was very thorough. She treated my mum's cat and then she gave me things to treat her other animals so they would all be free of the fleas. She also gave me some ideas on breaking my cat from going to the bathroom outside of her little box. She has a really good vet tech who worked with me. He was awesome as well.

There are many things I could say about these amazing people. Lead by Dr. Cindy Baker, their compassion and love for animals exudes from all of them. No matter what is going on with my animals, they always make you feel comfortable asking a million questions and with the combination of traditional and natural medicines, I feel very confident that they are giving my animals the best treatment possible. They do not believe in over medicating and don't just dismiss the clients input or concerns. It would appear they believe it's a joint adventure! Their prices are very reasonable and well within normal limits.
The peace of mind it brings to know my and quot;kidsand quot; are their priority...makes all the difference.

I like the convenience in making an appointment, not have to wait for a long time. I saw that they have a place there, so I tried to call them and got an appointment. I have a dog that have some issues that it almost died but they were very kind. Went the extra mile to take care of it. I really like them.

I am really pleased with them. They are friendly, very professional and very good with animals. They have always been willing to go that extra mile to help the animals. They are very flexible and even pick up animals on Sunday which are not eating to give them better homes. I am not sure how their pricing compares to others as I have been using them for several years.

I have been using them for about 4 years. Dr. Baker offers natural solutions. She practices eastern and western medicine. I take one of my dogs there for acupuncture. I like having that option versus the more stringent. I will continue to use them in the future.

Positive experience. Dr Baker is always professional, thorough and extremely compassionate about her work with animals. She always tries to keep costs to a minimum while providing the best and most up to date comprehensive care posssible for your pet. I would highly recommend her. We have been going to Dr Baker for at least ten years now .

We first started using Dr. Baker when our new puppy wasn't quite acting right. We took him in and she was able to see him immediately. She started an iv on him and took him home with her for observation over the weekend. She called us while he was there that weekend to give us updates and we ended up getting him back several days later. The total cost for his several day stay with her was very reasonable. After this we started taking both of our dogs to this veterinary hospital for annual check-ups. One of her former staff, Dr. Woodruff, performed surgery on one of our dogs knees and everything went incredibly well with that also. We would highly recommend taking your animals to see Dr. Baker and her staff!

I started seeing Dr. Baker when my dog was running out of traditional options and I was considering alternative treatments. I've been going there ever since but usually for holistic and alternative medicine.
The staff is always great and they take time with each patient, which sometimes means the waiting room is a little busy.
The doctor is great at suggesting alternative treatments. During a terminal illness, she provided medicine that few other local veterinarian would have known.
I also use another veterinarian for standard exams and issues The reason is that sometimes this clinic is so busy that it is difficult to get appointments and I also want to save the doctor's time for those needing alternative treatments- like I needed.

Dr. Baker and her staff provided excellent service in caring for our 11 year old Newfie dog, Bruno. He was diagnosed summer of 2010 with degenerative polyneuropathy. We sought out Dr. Baker for advice on diet, nutrition and a holistic approach. Bruno needed extensive pain management and therapy and Dr. Baker was able to lead us through the process in providing meds, braces to help him walk and wonderful therapies like e-stim acupuncture and laser therapy to help him feel better. She was always willing and able to answer questions and discuss treatment options. Our family has never experienced such compassionate and thorough care. We would trust her with any of our loved ones. She even helped us through the most difficult decision and act of euthanizing our beautiful boy when the time came. We are thankful we were able to maintain his quality of life for a year after the initial diagnosis and we attribute that to not only his fighting spirit but Dr. Baker's wonderful care and attention. We will be forever grateful to her and her team. They have also done a wonderful job providing regular vet services for our other two dogs and we highly recommend Bargersville Vet Hospital to anyone.

I have been going to Bagersville Vet for approx 2 years. I have a boxer that has issues with his leg, they were the only place that actually took the time to research his problems and help him. They are great with both my dogs and they are also always very pleasant when I call in or on our visits.

We went to see them a couple times after adopting our pets.

She is very thorough and does a lot of research for animal care. She also finds alternative medicines to help take care of your pet. The staff is very friendly, nice, able to answer all questions and responsive as well.

She uses preventative and holistic medicine. The last time that I was here my aged Poodle had knobs all over her back, rather than putting her down or charging a lot for surgery they put her on pain killers and Prednisone antibiotic. This cost about $20 a month. The approximate cost listed includes shots and for the biopsy as well. The staff and Cindy are very caring and friendly. I will continue to use them and have even recommended them to others.

Dr. Baker always provides outstanding client care, both personally as well as a vet. With a background as an emergency vet, her veterinary skills are superior to the average vet, in my opinion. Dr. Baker also incorporates holistic medicine into her practice, something most vets don't do. The staff is tremendous, too. I feel like they treat my animals like their own. Well worth the drive south from Indianapolis.
