Description of Work: WE HAD A VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM INSTALLED IN APRIL, 2002 WITH A 5-YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY. WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF INSTALLATION, WE HAD DIFFICULTIES CONTACTING BUCK SKIRVIN (OWNER), TO DISCUSS THE TROUBLE WE WERE HAVING WITH ONE OF THE CAMERAS. WE WERE NEVER ABLE TO SPEAK WITH BUCK AGAIN, BUT ALWAYS THROUGH A TECHNICIAN WE COULD TEMPORARILY FIX THE PROBLEM. NOW IN OCT. WITH THE CAMERA STILL NOT WORKING, WE DISCOVER THAT HE HAS APPARENTLY PACKED UP SHOP AND MOVED ON. SO OUR 5-YEAR WARRANTY WE PAID FOR WAS WORTH 5-MONTHS. WE HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND WILL PURSUE A LAWSUIT IF NEEDED.
