Their labor cost are very low. His workmanship is good. His cost is excellent. Commination is good. We maintained communication so I know when he is coming, when he is held up. He knows professionalism and knows what going on.

This job was done professionally and quickly. This is a rental property and it was known that we wanted it done within a certain time frame. Our deadline was met and we were very pleased with the job. We were delighted to find that a closet was also painted because she thought it was needed- at no charge to us.

From the start it was clear that Brynda knew exactly what she was doing. This is an old house (built in 1884) and we were not sure if the paper needed to be removed before painting. Brynda assured us that the papering job had been properly done and with the prep she planned, it would go well. She was 100% correct and I am sure that saved us a lot of money. Brynda came for the bid with a measuring tape and by the end of our first meeting I knew exactly how much the job would cost and there was not a single add on to the job. Her work is top notch and her professionalism shows in her work.

Had to do scraping and the paint I purchased for the foundation didn't match so it had to be repainted - no extra charges for these items!
