Arbuckle & Sons Landscaping

Initial contact was super. I was looking forward to working with this group that came recommended. After I signed the contract communication took a drastic drop. To such a degree they had scheduled my start date on a holiday ?? Did not ask me if I had plans/company that day ? Came mid morning on the holiday, worked for several hours, left & didn't return for two days ? Again, no communication. I had ordered five varieties of perennials, none were delivered or installed. I was told (five days in to project) that the supplier was out (of ALL of them ??) I was not offered any other options as replacements. I told Mr. Arbuckle on the 5th day that I wasn't happy with his installation of a French drain. The trench was not filled with gravel nor the perforated drain pipe covered in fabric to prevent clogging. In addition, the few stepping stones that were installed in a small space I pointed out I was not happy with either. He did not offer a return time to "fix" or "improve" these issues ?? The "French drain" will need to be removed & installed properly by someone else. I regretfully paid for the "work" they did & told him I was finished & there would be no need for them to complete the other two projects that were planned. SO DISAPPOINTED in this company.

I ordered an aeration and overseeding from Arbuckles. When ordered it, I explained that the lawn care company was also coming out to do their last treatment on the lawn.  They recommended that they just aerate now and then reseed in the spring prior to the lawn care applying any weed treatment.  I really appreciated their taking this into consideration.

They were very professional and they do good work at a reasonable price. I would use them again in future.
