Kala was professional and considerate. She brought samples of stain and finish to pick from, and listened to what I wanted. In the end, we chose a clear finish to bring out the grain of the wood. The chest had stains, blemishes, and was in very bad shape. She brought it back looking like brand new! She sanded around a chip to make it less obvious, which worked well. Kala was very responsive and promptly answered all my questions and messages. We were so happy with what she did that we traded her a solid wood end table to refinish when she brought the chest back.
