Cost is determined by the job. Pets are brought in for "appointments" and let go as soon as they are complete, we don't keep them all day, although they can stay for the day if need be.

It is very obvious that she loves the animals. She also has a boarding facility. I have a fairly small dog. She is really careful with the dog, and when I get there, she is all wrapped in one towel and all that good stuff. Her hours are limited.

"I think maybe she has the wrong Groomer? I don't have this client in my data base, I don't have a boarding facility, I didn't have anyone new on Dec 17. I don't wrap the animals in towels, they have a clean towel to lay on in the crates. Also she lives in Mooresville, I am located in Fortville, complete opposite sides of Indy. I don't know if there is another Waggin' Tails or not, but I really think this review is in error."

We dropped off the dog in the morning and talked to Sandra about what needed to be done. I have never had a puppy before so I was depending on her for her advice. I asked her to shave him very short because I don't have time to brush him every night. She explained that we didn't want to go too short so that he wouldn't get sunburned if he went outside. I hadn't even thought about that! We left him there and she said they would text us in a couple of hours, when he was ready to be picked up. When we received the text we went right over and he looked marvelous! So cute and clean - and he smelled good too! This was his first time at the groomer (he's only 3 months old), and Sandra said he didn't like the clippers near his face. But she still managed to clip a lot of the hair out of his pretty eyes. She gave me some tips on how to work with him at home, to get him used to the clippers. I am just very impressed with how neat and clean he looks now. Sandra did a wonderful job! We chose this groomer because it's within walking distance of our home and my 13 year old daughter will be taking him more often than I will. It is very convenient for her to be able to walk the dog and drop him off, then walk back to pick him up.

Saundra had groomed one of my dogs (a cocker spaniel) on a few occasions - usually a shave. However, I was reluctant to have her groom my Australian shepherd mix because she's big and strong and also because I was ashamed of how poor a job I had done of keeping her brushed. The dog's fur was a mess! Saundra didn't seem the least bit daunted, agreed to shampoo the dog and trim her up. The results were spectacular; even the dog knew she looked great! I would recommend Saundra to anyone. The shop is in a cute location in Fortville and the service is prompt and reasonably priced.
