Contacted Ratliff Construction for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. Jason came to our house and we discussed what it was that we wanted to have done. He provided us with an estimate within a few days that was several thousand dollars less than an estimate from a company that specialized in bathroom remodeling. Once the work began they kept us informed of the progress and wanted to be certain that everything was being done to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and are very pleased with our newly remodeled bathroom. I would not hesitate to use Ratliff Construction in the future.

Our aluminum siding had been showing its age and one of the front columns on the house was starting to collapse from the wood inside being eaten by insects so we decided it was time to get the whole thing taken care of. Jason Ratliff came out and walked through the whole project with us and discussed all of the various options for putting new siding on the house and the pricing differences. We are a bit picky when it comes to quality work and the finishes of the materials, but he had samples and worked with us very patiently. We asked him to put together the estimate in an excel spreadsheet so we could play with options and manage the costs of the project to fit our budget. After getting everything designed the way we liked and looking at the samples, we finally picked the colors and signed the paperwork to get going. During the project, the area around the house was always picked up and clean each day after the workers left and they were very friendly. They didn't mind answering our questions as the project progressed. They even went the extra mile a few times and fixed some original framing issues with the house to get the walls as straight as possible and even rebuilt most of the small side porch that had more rotten areas then originally thought. Once the work was done, we noticed some cracks in the plaster on the inside of the windows and some trim was coming loose on the inside as well. Jason's team came back out and fixed up all the little issues to make those problems right. The house looks great and we get numerous compliments on it from the neighbors and friends when they visit. We are very satisfied with the attention to detail that was taken when putting the house back together.

Overall experience excellent. Mr. Jason Ratliff is very courteous, very professional, and very easy to work with. I would rate Jason and the company very highly.
