Liebke Roofing was the original roofing company on my now sold home that was built in 2007. After receiving the inspection report back from the buyer, there were two roofing items listed. First, they stated that the roof vent had shingles put over the felt padding and the second item was a flashing that needed resecured. After getting several quotes from Angieslist, I decided to call Liebke. After speaking with them on the phone and emailing them a copy of the report, they sent out a roofer that fixed both items at no charge. It is rare to see a copy honor their work these days 7 years later and it is even more rare for them to fix an item that I would consider a wear and tear item. If I ever need roofing services done in the future, they will get the first call.
