It went very well. On their first visit they reviewed our list of needed repairs and examined the various items in question ? providing a free written estimate of the cost. Two handymen performed the work on the day scheduled in an efficient and professional manner. They were the least expensive of the three bids we obtained for this list of needed repairs.
Description of Work: Various home repairs: Installed new front-door hardware (that we provided), perimeter doorway weather seal and door-base weather strip; got on ladder and removed unwanted bird's nest over exterior awning; changed three ceiling can light bulbs; removed broken drain pan below washing machine with placement of drain cap; repaired broken kitchen drawer guide; re-caulked shower base; and installed new front-load clothes dryer (that we provided, of course), for which they obtained and installed a short dryer vent extension pipe.
