It does take a little time to get him out unless its an emergency. He does good work and is set to replace our A/C unit soon.

WE NEVER HAD THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THE CONTRACTOR CANCELLED THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT LATE IN THE PM AND STATED HE WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT DAY AT THE SAME TIME. NO SHOW, NO PHONE CALL. WE RESCHEDULED FOR A SATURDAY. CALLED 30 MINUTES BEFORE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE AND WANTED TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO RAIN THAT WASN''T FALLING. WE DECLINED TO RESCHEDULE.
