Fortville Tire helped me out and they are a great place to do business. It was fast, quick and cheap. I have used them for quite a few things and they’ve been wonderful every time. The service is top-notch. Of everything, there has never been anything I’ve been upset with, they’ve always come in a fair price, treat me very well.

I like everything about working with them. They do a good job and are honest people.

It turned out to be a very bad service. The lead plates should be taken off right away because it is re-balanced. When I complained about it, they sent me out, so that I can't see what they're doing until they were finished. They were really aggressive. I felt that for the money I paid, I should be able to get proper service. When I complained about it to their boss, he told me that it really doesn't matter how they do it, whether they tow the lead weight off first or they do it later. They had to drag the new tire over the top of the lead weight and so I'm not going there anymore. They met the price that I was able to get at Sam's Club. So I went shopping around and found out what that particular set of tires cost at Sam's Club and they met that price. So the price was fine and it was probably the best that I could get in town. The quality of work was very low and overall I was not happy. Their punctuality was not bad but their professionalism was very poor.
