I scheduled a time to bring it back in during normal hours and they fit me in quickly so we were not stuck with an unsafe car too much longer. Mike inspected the quality of the stabilizer links and determined the aftermarket quality of the existing parts was not suited for the demands of this car and I totally agree. The parts used for replacement are much thicker and stronger and I'm sure will hold up under the pressure (my wife drives like a maniac, evidently).
I dropped the car off before work and picked it up the same day and was very happy with the price. Mike is a friendly guy and explains things very well. And, you can tell he is honest about the findings. There wasn't any point when he tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He knew what needed to be done, and he did it. It's nice having your car in the hands of someone with Mike's experience.
I'm very picky about the people with whom I do business. I'm glad I FINALLY have a guy I know I can go to for my auto needs and get QUALITY service and see the passion/drive to take care of their customers!!!!!
