Mike Biggs and his team of mechanics are great. Been using them for years. They take great care of my car. Mike always reviews repairs and costs with me before doing the service. They are much less than the dealer and do a ten times better job. My car always runs like new thanks to Mike.

Mike is great! He and his crew were happy to take my wife's car in and look at it right when they were about to close on a Friday....great first impression already. They put it in the air and immediately noticed the stabilizer link on the driver's side had snapped. I told the guys this was the third time I've had one break on this car, the first two times being on the passenger's side. My previous mechanic did not seem to care about figuring out why this was happening as long as it was and quot;fixedand quot; for the moment. Mike and his team seemed to genuinely care about getting to the bottom of the issue, almost like they appreciate a good challenge. I scheduled a time to bring it back in during normal hours and they fit me in quickly so we were not stuck with an unsafe car too much longer. Mike inspected the quality of the stabilizer links and determined the aftermarket quality of the existing parts was not suited for the demands of this car and I totally agree. The parts used for replacement are much thicker and stronger and I'm sure will hold up under the pressure (my wife drives like a maniac, evidently). I dropped the car off before work and picked it up the same day and was very happy with the price. Mike is a friendly guy and explains things very well. And, you can tell he is honest about the findings. There wasn't any point when he tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He knew what needed to be done, and he did it. It's nice having your car in the hands of someone with Mike's experience. I'm very picky about the people with whom I do business. I'm glad I FINALLY have a guy I know I can go to for my auto needs and get QUALITY service and see the passion/drive to take care of their customers!!!!! Thanks, Mike and team! You guys are awesome!

I use him all the time and I always take my van and other my vehicles that I use for business in there. I would recommend him because he is the owner operator and he does most of the work and he is very involved and that makes a difference to me. I rate him highly and I will use him again in the future.

They provide a fantastic service, have great pricing and they are very trustworthy. I'll definitely continue to take my car here in the future! They are a mechanic that I can actually trust!

Found on Angie's List, being in Fortville, they are only about 3 miles away. Called, they were able to check it right away. Did the work the same day.

They got my car in on time and I only had to pay the price they told when I got there for the work. They got all the work done when they said they would.

I have been using their services for about six years. It went great. I always take my cars there. I like the fact that they are a smaller shop and more personable. Their prices are usually better than the dealerships.
