Flooring
HE INSTALLED LAMINATE FLOORING IN MY CONDO. I WAS TOLD THE JOB WOULD BE FINISHED IN 2 DAYS BUT AFTER THREE WEEKS IT IS STILL INCOMPLETE. WE AGREED UPON ONE TYPE OF FLOORING AND HE ENDED UP INSTALLING A CHEAPER VERSION WITH A LESSER WARRANTY. HE ALSO DID A POOR QUALITY INSTALLATION WHICH VOIDED THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. HE CHARGED ME FOR MORE SQUARE FOOTAGE THAN HE SHOULD HAVE, AND EXTRA FOR THE LABOR. I'VE ALREADY PAID $4200, AND HE IS SAYING THAT I STILL OWE $2470. THE PRICE AGREED UPON TOTALS, $5670.
