Wonderful. Was recommended to me from a man who works for Nipsco who actually came to check out my gas leak. Said he had never personally met Troy but had seen his work. Wow, I thought that was a good enough recommendation. I gave him a call and he came the next day on time. From what I saw and understood as he was explaining the situation to me, the way they had slapped together the pipe leading from my stove to the gas line was kind of a nightmare. He fixed everything, put a new shutoff valve on it (where there wasn’t one before) and gave me a fair price. I had just found out the day before that my outdoor faucet was leaking inside my house AGAIN. I asked if Troy would take a look at it. Korte had come out July of last year and “fixed it” and charged me $330 for 15 min. work. When Troy looked at it he told me exactly why it broke again and what they could have done to prevent this. I wouldn’t let Korte ever do a job for me again. All in all I am extremely satisfied with the job Troy did and grateful for the man’s honesty and integrity. I would certainly hire him again.

Called Zink Mechanical at 8:30 am on Monday Morning. Spoke with Troy (the owner). Explained to him the Old water heater was 17 years old and was leaking. I knew it was time to replace the old. Troy said he could meet me at my home at 11:00 am. He would purchase a replacement from a supplier (40 Gallon State Select). I arrived at 11:00am, and Troy was waiting. It took him about an hour and a half to remove, replace and verify it was functioning, clean up and leave.
