I was very happy with the sales rep (Steve Enright). I was really very happy with most of how my house turned out. The only area I ran into problems was getting things taken care of after the deal was closed. For example, the paint on numerous surfaces has peeled and I have had to make NUMEROUS calls trying to get the paint fixed. It peeled after one year and that is unacceptable to me. In my opinion, it should not have taken the effort I had to put in to get this taken care of. Actually, it has been 2 years and I am still not satisfied.
