If i could give a 0 I would. My dad passed away in January, had set up a bathroom remodel through this company and the VA, put a 3k deposit down from VA funding but the remodel had to be pushed back several times due to my dad's failing health. Now that hes gone, and due to previous work( that they since fixed) we did not feel comfortable giving them a chance to do the other room due to clear lack of quality in their work. Now the VA wants their money back and the owner said sorry we ordered the parts already we wont give it back so we can repay the VA. So not only do we have to deal with the death of our dad,we have to pay them back money we didn't have. Well I'll make it my mission over 3k to tell everyone how they treat the family of deceased vets and to avoid them like the plague

I would not recommend this company. Here is a list of issues: Loose molding Broken glass in driveway Wood chips (saw dust) tracked throughout the house Stairway handrail and banister are broken loose from the wall Dirty fingerprints on walls surrounding windows Windows stickers not removed from new windows Most windows needed to be cleaned Stain on existing painted walls surrounding new windows Drop cloth and other staining supplies left spread out and not cleaned up/removed Double hung windows do not move and freely through the full motion of the window

All absolutely went well. The cost may seam high, but when you get the interior decorator with it, that's pretty good.

We are very happy with the new windows! The work was done in one day, and the company was responsive and professional throughout the process.

They installed a new metal door with a wooden finish. I was very pleased with the service and the installer. He did exactly what I asked. He used the spray foam insulation I had already purchased, when I requested it. I already had some trim stained; he cut it to size and installed it. He was prompt, no delays. He cleaned up the job site when he was done and took everything away. The pricing was a little higher, but the quality of work and of product was excellent. It well worth the extra price. I like that the door was made locally. The showroom was beautiful, with model kitchens, siding, and rooms. They called back to made sure I was happy with the job. Two years later, it still looks like new.

They were great.  The installers were professional and fast. They arrived on time and stuck with the job until it was finished.  NOT SUB-CONTRACTORS.!  I will use them again for future needs.

They completed the sliding door in the fall. They started the rest of the job in February and it was completed in May. They had a designer who designed the remodel. They subcontract a lot of the jobs out, but you deal only through Windows Doors and More. They use licensed contractors for everything and they are good at what they do. They gutted everything down to the concrete floors and there were even some spots in the walls that were down to the studs. The process did take longer than promised as there were lots of problems along the way. They did keep us informed during the job. The finished project is beautiful! I would use them again knowing that the job can take longer than expected.

We disliked the fact that we paid 50% for the door on August 9th and the door wasn’t installed until November.  When they came to do the installation, the framework around the door was not done correctly and wasn’t the right size and they had to redo it.  The owner wanted to install it as it was and I told him no.  I had no problems with the finished quality of the work.  Most of our problems were with the fact that measurements weren’t done right, so the backsplash tile which was a special order was not ordered in an adequate amount, so we had another two-week wait for that to come in.  The owner was very much less than polite, but most of the subcontractors were really nice.  Ken, who put in the cabinets was wonderful.  The guys who did the tile and countertop were great.  The guys who finally got the door in did a very nice job.  I had more problems with the administrative end of Windows Doors & More than I did the people who actually did the work.

Went well--it took approx 1.5 days to finish project.  Crew was on time and kept to the task.

This did not go well.  The siding they installed was not secure; every time it got windy it would cause pieces to lift off.  For a while they would come back out at no charge to fix these pieces but more recently they've been charging for the repairs.  I've had 3 different contractors looks at the work and they have been amazed that the siding has stayed on as long as it has.  They were supposed to nail every foot to 1 1/2 feet, but only nailed every 4 to 5 feet.  They didn't secure anything around the windows either.  They were also supposed to install insulation board under the siding and they failed to do that correctly either.  They installed it half way to where they should have on one side of the house and not at all on the other sides.  I've had to use my home owners insurance to have the work redone but it's still quite expensive out of pocket. The siding is supposed to warranties not to fade or crack as well.  I found a hole in one of the pieces and asked them to come out to replace it.  They responded by telling me that the hole was probably created by a bird and that that fact made it not covered by the warranty.

Windows perform as advertised. The crew was in and out in three days from start to finish. Very experienced and able craftsmen were polite and did an excellent job in the time frame agreed upon.
