I like the special attention they give him. I like the fact that they know their customers. After the second or third time of visit, they know me by name. They always smile without telling them. They are just very friendly, very confident, do what they say what they are going to do and when they are going to do it. I have recommended them to several people. They take good care of my baby.

From the first call to picking up my pup, they were so friendly!! When i arrived, I explained it was my pups first grooming. Told them he is a rescue dog and nervous of everything! They were so good to him! She said he was nervous throughout, but it must not have been too bad because he seemed great when I picked him up. His trim looks nice and he has a sweet bandana. My only complaint - if you can even call it that - is that she said she would when he was finished and I never got that call. Will definitely be using them again!!

It was great! They did an excellent job with the grooming and charged a very reasonable price. Furthermore, they seemed to have a good rapport with my dog because she didn't appear frightened or traumatized after the grooming. Ultimately, my dog looks wonderful, and I would recommend the company to others.

Went very well. groomer was relatively new and did a pretty good job. Very nice staff and price very reasonable.

The girl that works on my dog has known him since he was a puppy. She does excellent work with him. When I take him in there and she comes out to get him, he runs to her like she's part of the family. When he comes out of there, he looks great and he's just as happy as can be while he's there. My dog is an 80 pound golden retriever, but they do a fantastic job with him out there.

Very friendly staff. Able to fit me in within a week of my request for an appointment. They advised it would be and quot;about 2.5 - 3 hours,and quot; however, it was actually 5 hours before they finished her. When I picked her up she still had loose fur on her back and visible dander in her coat, but in general, she looked pretty good. They did cut the hair off of her legs, which I did not ask for, nor did I expect and is not common for the Newfie breed... but not enough of an issue to snap over. Mostly pleased because they seemed to be taking good care of her and treating her very kindly. I advised them she had been a rescue and was timid and anxious in small spaces and they seemed mindful of this and treated her accordingly.

Good I was able to get my two Shih-tzu's in the next day!!!

Dogs were well taken care of. Trimmed as requested. Cute Valentines bandana on each upon pickup. Happy to see us but seemed to be having a good time with the other animals.

They are very professional and always seem to be able to squeeze us in their schedule.

I have been going to Wigglebutz for the past year for boarding and grooming my senior rescue dog, and this is a wonderful place! Sally and Kevin have put their heart into their business and it shows - they genuinely enjoy the animals left in their care. The grooming has been top-notch, reasonable, and efficient. Lisa was the groomer who most recently worked with my dog, but they are all good! I especially like the fact they can get her groomed within a few hours as opposed to leaving her all day - though they welcome keeping her all day should I need to drop-off/pick-up around my work schedule. They pay attention to detail and special requests. It means alot to me knowing that when my dog is there she is being well taken care of.

They are really great. They are really consistent. They know the type of cut that I want. They keep going back and doing the same thing, which is what I want. The price stays the same. They call me when they're done with my dog. They interact really well with her. You can tell that they have a lot of repeat customers. They board pets, as well.
