 + -1 moreThey used to be efficient and get you in and out in a matter of 20-30 minutes. The last three times I have been there I have waited 2 hours to get an oil change with only two cars ahead of me. They workers are awful and no one paid attention how they were working. This should have only taken at the most a half hour each time I was there.
