I entered the store with a check to pay me cell phone bill at the in-store automated kiosk I have used many times before. Everything went fine until the very end when I was not issued a receipt I requested. The greeter/hostess referred me to an associate who along with FIVE other associates (at one point during the time I was there) could not figure out how to instruct their counter computer to issue me a receipt. After 13 minutes I was finally given a printed receipt for my transaction! This normally should have taken 1-2 minutes (the time I spent at the kiosk machine) Apparently LIVE customer service is NOT their strong suit!

I've used Verizon for a year. The quality is better in my area than the competitor. Their responsiveness as a company, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent.

I have been using them for 10 years. I would continue to use them.

We are billed by the end of the month and we have a family plan for four phones.

Their quality of service is pretty good. I very seldom have an issue. The customer service has been okay.

Wow, what a job! The installation was extensive (7 hours) and after all that it's hard to believe installation was free! I upgraded to FIOS TV with multiple rooms, and HD & DVR. I also added internet. I don't have to rent the modem, and it gives me wireless capabilities. Service has been really good too. The guys really know what they are talking about. Prices are very competitive, and they keep adding new HD channels.
