I dropped my car off in the morning to have the coolant flushed and filled because the coolant in my reserve tank was below the minimum line, and I had not had the coolant changed for as long as I owned the vehicle(about 95,000 miles).  The secretary called me later that afternoon to tell me that it was finished.  I paid $69.95 for the service.  A little over a day later I decided to check the coolant level to make sure the service was done properly.  The coolant level in the reserve tank was below the minimum line, at the same level that it was when I dropped the car off at Tom Steele's.  I called Tom Steele's and a mechanic picked up the phone.  I explained to him that I had my coolant flushed and filled a little over a day ago and I just checked the coolant level and it was below the minimum line in the reserve tank.  He said to bring it in and they would fill up the reserve tank.  I asked him how I was to know that the service was ever performed.  He told me that it was performed because he was the one that did coolant flush and fills and he didn't turn the paper work into the secretary until they were done.  He then said that the level in the reserve tank could have dropped down below the maximum level due to an air bubble in the radiator.  I then told him that it was below the minimum level in the reserve tank.  I told him I would like my money back.  He said they wouldn't give my money back.  He said all he could do is fill the reserve tank up for me.  I told him I would never use their service again.  I filled the reserve tank up after talking to the mechanic, and the coolant is still at the same level that it was after I filled it which was approximately 12 days ago.
